Biznesa, mākslas un tehnoloģiju augstskola RISEBA ir privāta augstākās izglītības iestāde Latvijā, ko akreditējusi Izglītības un zinātnes ministrija. University of Dubrovnik – Department of Economics and Business
The University of Dubrovnik is a public university founded in 2003 and located in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Its Department of Economics and Business (DEB) was founded in 1970 as the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Trade Dubrovnik. DEB is home to research centre CREDO involved in Start-cup project. Established in 2020 CREDO brings together a group of scholars with rich history of research collaboration on economic determinants, forms and effects of digital transformation in areas of industrial development, innovation, tourism, trade, environment protection, local and regional development, entrepreneurship, international trade, finance, labour market and education.Since its foundation CREDO took part as coordinator or partner in more than 20 nationally and internationally funded projects dedicated to topics of innovation, entrepreneurship, university-industry cooperation and capacity building in higher education. Its researchers have published their research on topics pertinent to the project topic in leading scientific journals (CABS 3* and 4*) in the fields of economics and business such as the European Economic Review, Journal of Business Research, Small Business Economics, Technovation, Journal of Technology Transfer, Research Policy, or Regional Studies.

IDP SAS
IDP, with branch offices in Italy and in Brussels, was established in 1996 by partners working since 1991 in Brussels in the frame of EU policies and EU funding programmes. It relies on more than 20 year experience in the development, submission and management of successful EU projects. Since 1999, IDP develops and carries out also specialised training courses for VET and Adult learners focused exclusively on EU related issues (EU Institutions, policies, programmes, project management etc), delivering an average of +1000 hrs/year of training to +550 adult attendees/year. IDP organises also study visits in Brussels to the EU Institutions or the participation of groups of AL to major EU events (such as the Open Days of DG Regio); moreover, it takes part in all EU events held in Brussels (Info days, conferences, meetings etc) and has regulars contacts with officers and representatives of Brussels-based Institutions, practitioners, associations and projects. INSTITUT DE HAUTE FORMATION AUX POLITIQUES COMMUNAUTAIRES
IHF, Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires asbl, is a non profit organisation established in Brussels (Belgium) in 2003. The principal aim of IHF is to provide the community (including non profit and local authorities) with assistance for the development of a wider international cooperation through activities of specialised training on European policies and the dissemination of European values. One of the means to reach this objective is the organisation of highly specialised courses and seminars focused at the development of European projects. The courses focus on EU Policies and Legislation, International Relations and Project Management, promoting the possibility to participate in EU-funded programmes. IHF organises also study groups to Brussels for young graduates, local authorities representatives, SMEs, Universities, promoting mobility activities at different training levels. Since 2004 IHF organised more than 40 study visits to Brussels for more than 500 people. IHF took part as associate partner in previous EU funded projects, contributing mainly to Dissemination and exploitation activities. IHF provides further assistance through continuous monitoring of EU legislation and European Institution activities, and consequent spread of related information, assistance in the search for partners and building up of networks. Thanks to its presence in Brussels IHF asbl developed relevant experience in the organisation of Dissemination and Valorisation activities at EU level, through contacts with MEPs, other European associations and Institutions, stakeholders, consumers groups etc.

Burgas Free University
Burgas Free University (BFU) is a modern educational institution established with an act of the Great National Assembly on 18 September 1991. It is one of the first non-state universities in the Republic of Bulgaria, established in the biggest industrial and cultural centre in the South-Eastern region of the country. Burgas Free University (BFU) has four faculties: Faculty of Business Studies, Faculty of Legal Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering. BFU is the regional leader in the research of the innovation impact over the local and community-based small enterprises with broad experience in blended learning towards the local communities and an integral part of activities and achievements of the local communities and municipalities in South-Eastern Bulgaria. Burgas Free University has experienced staff in the area of ICT, engineering, computer training, education, business and humanities. BFU maintains contacts with more than 470 universities and organizations all over the world and has signed Agreements for Cooperation with 73 universities and academic institutions in Europe, Asia, America and Africa.

University of Customs and Finance
The University of Customs and Finance (UCF) is a state university founded in 2014 by merging of the Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine and Dnipropetrovsk State Academy of Finance, located in Dnipro, Ukraine. Recognized by the World Customs Organization and the International Network of Customs Universities, the UCF maintains its Professional Standards, and is the only Higher Educational Institution and a leading center in the field of customs training in Ukraine. Currently, the UCF offers training and retraining in 30+ majors (specialties) on bachelor, master and PhD study levels. The UCF teaching and research staff of 250+ professors and associate professors provides the excellent knowledge and skills for 6,000 students. Among the UCF capacities there are Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and International Legal Relations and 4 Faculties: Faculty of Management; Faculty of Innovative Technologies; Faculty of Finance; Faculty of Economic, Business and Foreign Economic Affairs (Department of Business and Enterprise Economics, Department of Marketing, Department of Economics and Economic Security, Center for Entrepreneurship Development). The UCF established fruitful education and research cooperation with international organizations and HEIs: the World Customs Organization, the Argonne National Laboratory (USA), the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Ukraine and Moldova (EUBAM Mission), the International Network of Customs Universities, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and 50+ organizations, higher education and research institutions from Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, China, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and so forth.
